Proposed Access and Transportation Network Improvements <br /> The applicant proposes the construction of two public roads internal to the project, consisting of 50 ft. <br /> rights-of-way and 20 ft. travel ways, to be accepted for maintenance by NCDOT. These roadways will end <br /> in cul-de-sacs and feed into three privately maintained roads, consisting of 30 ft. rights-of-way and 18 ft. <br /> travel ways. These private roads will be maintained by the HOA.
