129 <br /> 8. No less than 25 acres of Open Space areas shown on the Site Plan shall collectively <br /> include a total of: <br /> a. one (1) covered, open air structure similar to those shown on the attached <br /> Exhibit C in the general area identified as the "Community Building Structure" <br /> on the Site Plan; <br /> b. at least two (2) grilling stations, <br /> c. at least one (1) fire pit; <br /> d. at least four(4) trash cans; <br /> e. at least four(4)pet waste stations; and <br /> f. at least ten (10) bird nesting boxes in the general area identified as a"bird <br /> sanctuary" on the Site Plan, all to be maintained by the HOA. <br /> 9.
