Refer to the attachments for the Turn Lane Warrant Chart for the <br /> proposed driveway. <br /> Capacity Analysis <br /> Capacity analysis at the proposed driveway was completed according to NCDOT Congestion <br /> Management Guidelines. The proposed unsignalized intersection of NC 54 and Site Drive was <br /> analyzed under build traffic conditions with the lane configurations and traffic control shown in <br /> Table 2. Build traffic is comprised of the existing traffic from the count data and the proposed site <br /> trips.
