"Business income" means the: <br />(1) Net Income (Net Profit or Loss before <br />income taxes) that would have been <br />earned or incurred; and <br />(2) Continuing normal operating expenses <br />incurred, including payroll. <br />b. "Business property" means any property <br />necessary for your mobile business that is <br />in or on a covered "auto" regardless if it is <br />permanently installed, including: <br />(1) Electronic equipment; <br />(2) Supplies, furnishings, and equipment <br />not permanently attached to covered <br />"auto". <br />c. "Extra expense" means necessary expens- <br />es (other than the expense to repair or <br />replace property) that you would not have <br />incurred if there had been no direct and <br />accidental loss or damage to "business <br />property". "Extra expense" includes ex- <br />penses which are incurred: <br />(1) To avoid or minimize the "suspension" <br />of "operations" and to continue "opera- <br />tions"; <br />(2) To minimize the "suspension" if you <br />cannot continue "operations"; or <br />(3) For temporary use of other property. <br />d. "Operations" means your off premises or <br />mobile business activities that are <br />dependent on "business property". <br />e. "Period of restoration" means the period of <br />time that: <br />(1) Begins 72 hours after the time of direct <br />and accidental loss or damage for <br />Business Income Coverage, or <br />immediately after the time of direct and <br />accidental loss or damage for Extra <br />Expense Coverage; caused by or <br />resulting from a Covered Cause of Loss <br />to "business property"; and <br />(2) Ends on the earlier of: <br />(a) The date when "business property" <br />should be repaired or replaced with <br />reasonable speed and similar quality; <br />or <br />(b) The date when "operations" are <br />resumed. <br />"Period of restoration" does not include any <br />increased period required due to the <br />enforcement of or compliance with any <br />ordinance or law that: Regulates the use or <br />repair of any property, or requires updated <br />emissions controls or safety features which <br />were not part of "business property" prior to <br />the direct and accidental loss or damage; or <br />requires anyone to test for, monitor, clean <br />up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or <br />neutralize, or in any way respond to, or <br />assess the effects of "pollutants". The <br />expiration date of this Policy will not cut <br />short the "period of restoration". <br />f. "Suspension" means the slowdown or <br />cessation of your "operations". <br />D. Deductible Waived – Multiple Policies With Us <br />For Same Named Insured <br />SECTION III – PHYSICAL DAMAGE COVER- <br />AGE, Paragraph D.2.is deleted and replaced with <br />the following: <br />2. Regardless of the number of covered "autos" <br />damaged or stolen, the maximum deductible <br />applicable for all "loss", in any one event <br />caused by: <br />a. Theft or mischief or vandalism; or <br />b. All perils, <br />will be the highest deductible applicable to <br />those covered "autos". <br />If the application of the highest deductible is <br />less favorable or more restrictive to the insured <br />than the separate deductibles as applied in the <br />standard form, the standard deductibles will <br />apply. <br />E. Deductible Waived – Collision Of Parked Auto <br />SECTION III – PHYSICAL DAMAGE COVER- <br />AGE, Paragraph D.Deductible is changed by <br />adding the following: <br />The deductible does not apply to "loss" caused by <br />collision to such covered "auto" while it is: <br />1. In the charge of an "insured"; <br />2. Legally parked; and <br />3.
