Changes in Auto Medical Payments and <br />Uninsured and Underinsured Motorists <br />Coverages <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.1. Who <br />Is An Insured: <br />Any "executive officer" and his or her "family <br />member" are "insureds" while "occupying" or <br />while a pedestrian when being struck by any <br />"auto" you don’t own except: <br />Any "auto" owned by an "executive officer" or <br />by any "family member". <br />3. Changes in SECTION III – PHYSICAL <br />DAMAGE COVERAGE <br />Any private passenger type "auto" you don’t <br />own, hire, or borrow is a covered "auto" while <br />in the care, custody, or control of any <br />"executive officer" or his or her spouse while a <br />resident of the same household except: <br />a. Any "auto" owned by that "executive officer" <br />or by any member of his or her household. <br />b. Any "auto" used by that "executive officer" <br />while working in a business of selling, <br />servicing, repairing, or parking "autos". <br />4. Additional Definitions <br />As used for Drive Other Car – Automatic <br />Coverage for Executive Officers the <br />following definitions are added. <br />a. "Executive officer" means any person <br />holding any of the officer positions created <br />by your organization’s governing document. <br />b. "Family member" means a person related to <br />the "executive officer" by blood, marriage or <br />adoption who is a resident of the "executive <br />officer’s" household, including a ward or <br />foster child. <br />F. Expected or Intended Injury Coverage <br />Extension <br />SECTION II – COVERED AUTOS LIABILITY <br />COVERAGE, B.1.Exclusion is deleted and <br />replaced with the following: <br />1. Expected Or Intended Injury <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" expected <br />or intended from the standpoint of the <br />"insured". But this exclusion does not apply to <br />"bodily injury" or "property damage" resulting <br />from the use of reasonable force to protect <br />persons or property. <br />G. Fellow Employee Coverage Extension <br />SECTION II – COVERED AUTOS LIABILITY <br />COVERAGE, B. Exclusions Paragraph 5.Fellow <br />Employee is deleted. <br />H. Pollution Liability Additional Coverage <br />1. SECTION II – COVERED AUTOS LIABILITY <br />COVERAGE, B. Exclusions are changed as <br />follows: <br />a. Paragraph 11.a. Pollution Exclusion <br />applies only to liability assumed under a <br />contract or agreement. <br />b. With respect to the coverage afforded by <br />Paragraph 1.a.above, Exclusion B.6. <br />Care, Custody Or Control does not apply. <br />2. Changes in SECTION V – DEFINITIONS for <br />the purposes of this coverage, Paragraph D.of <br />the Definitions Section is replaced by the <br />following: <br />D. "Covered pollution cost or expense" means <br />any cost or expense arising out of: <br />1. Any request, demand, order or statutory <br />or regulatory requirement that any <br />"insured" or others test for, monitor, <br />clean up, remove, contain, treat, <br />detoxify or neutralize, or in any way <br />respond to, or assess the effects of <br />"pollutants"; or <br />2. Any claim or "suit" by or on behalf of a <br />governmental authority for damages <br />because of testing for, monitoring, <br />cleaning up, removing, containing, <br />treating, detoxifying, or neutralizing, or <br />in any way responding to or assessing <br />the effects of "pollutants". <br />"Covered pollution cost or expense" does <br />not include any cost or expense arising out <br />of the actual, alleged or threatened <br />discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, <br />release or escape of "pollutants": <br />a. Before the "pollutants" or any <br />property in which the "pollutants" are <br />contained are moved from the place <br />where they are accepted by the <br />"insured" for movement into or onto <br />the covered "auto"; or <br />b.
