Regardless of the written contract or written <br />agreement between you and an Additional <br />Insured, this insurance is excess over any <br />other insurance whether primary, excess, <br />contingent or any other basis for which the <br />Additional Insured has been added as <br />additional insured on other policies. <br />3. The most we will pay on behalf of the <br />Additional Insured is the amount of insurance <br />required in writing in a contract or agreement; <br />or available under the applicable Limits of <br />Insurance shown in the Declarations; <br />whichever is less. <br />C. Certain Trailers And Temporary Substitute <br />Autos Coverage Extension <br />SECTION I – COVERED AUTOS,Paragraph C.1. <br />is changed by the following: <br />Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 3,000 pounds is <br />deleted and replaced with Gross Vehicle Weight <br />Rating of 5,000 pounds. <br />C. Coverage for Certain Operations In Connection <br />with Railroads <br />With regards to the use of covered "autos" in <br />operations for or affecting a railroad: <br />1. Covered Autos Coverage Extension <br />If SECTION 1 COVERED AUTOS is provided as <br />Symbol 1 Any "Auto" then any "auto" includes <br />mobile equipment subject to compulsory or <br />financial responsibility or other motor vehicle <br />insurance law only. <br />Covered mobile equipment includes only those <br />"autos" that are land vehicles and that would <br />qualify under the definition of "mobile equipment" <br />under this policy if they were not subject to a <br />compulsory or financial responsibility law or other <br />motor vehicle insurance law where they are <br />licensed or principally garaged. <br />E. Drive Other Car – Automatic Coverage for <br />Executive Officers <br />1. Changes in SECTION II – COVERED AUTOS <br />LIABILITY COVERAGE <br />a. If Covered Auto Liability, Auto Medical <br />Payments, Personal Injury Protection, <br />Comprehensive, Specified Causes of Loss, <br />Collision, or Uninsured and Underinsured <br />Motorist is shown in the Declarations for <br />any private passenger or light truck type <br />auto, then the same type of coverage is <br />provided for Drive Other Car – Automatic <br />Coverage for Executive Officer. <br />b.
