Your thoughts/suggestions would be welcomed. <br /> <br />For two days on-site in Orange County, with Day One involving informal discussions <br />with staff and travel around the county to become acquainted with various areas <br />pertinent to the Retreat, and Day Two involving a formal presentation describing and <br />illustrating how conservation subdivisions could be designed to include or consist <br />primarily of workforce housing (with extended discussions afterward), followed by a <br />subsequent detailed memo summarizing the main points of the discussions, the fee <br />would be $8,500.00, plus travel expenses. <br /> <br />This also factors in the approximately 1.5 days' time involved in travel to and from <br />RDU (from Portland ME). <br /> <br />How does this look to you? <br /> <br />Randall <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 1C5F25F2-9795-442A-9CA0-C7FFAE067975
