Our service and fixtures <br />are second to none. <br />PRODUCT INFORMATION <br />XtraLight Services uses only top quality name-brand fixtures and electrical components in our energy- <br />efficient lighting projects. We design solutions for maximum light expectancy to greatly reduce lighting <br />maintenance expenses backed by product warranties that are the best available in the industry. <br />WARRANTY <br />The products are warranted as follows: <br />•LED Fixtures and Retrofit Kits <br />o 5000 hours or less per year – 10 year warranty on fixture, kit, driver, and boards. <br />o 5001 to 7000 hours per year – 7 year warranty on fixture, kit, driver, and boards. <br />o 7001 to 8760 hours per year – 5 year warranty on fixture, kit, driver, and boards. <br />•LED Tubes <br />o 5000 hours or less per year – 10 year warranty on tubes. <br />o 5001 to 7000 hours per year – 7 year warranty on tubes. <br />o 7001 to 8760 hours per year – 5 year warranty on tubes. <br />•All other components (e.g., sensors, photocells, surge suppressors, emergency drivers) are <br />warranted based on the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s warranty. <br />In the event of any outage that may occur with any electronic product outlined in this proposal, XtraLight <br />Manufacturing, Ltd. will coordinate the replacements required.
