Ms. Scharding has <br />consistently provided exceptional design services for our Visitors Guide and a wide range of <br />promotional materials that are critical to our marketing efforts. <br />Ms. Scharding operates as an independent contractor from her home in Carrboro and does not <br />maintain a current COI.
