EXHIBIT “B” <br />Scope of Services – FY 2025-26 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br />Agency Name: The Women’s Center, Inc. dba Compass Center     <br />Program Name: Community Education & Civic Engagement Services  <br />Funding Award: $104,700 (divided across 3 program areas)     <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Expense Description Amount <br />    Personnel, programmatic, and overhead expenses. Overhead expense examples include <br />liabilty insurance, printing and copying, IT support, audit expenses, cell phone <br />expenses/Internet, etc. <br /> $15,263 <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2026. <br />●Information and Referral Service: Connects community members with local resources and services. <br />Resource database maintained for a multitude of services. Follow-up conducted to ensure connection was <br />made and additional resources provided as needed. <br />●Youth Interpersonal Violence Prevention Education: Provides age-appropriate dating violence prevention <br />education sessions in 6th and 8th grade health education classes. <br />●Professional and Community Interpersonal Violence Training and Gender Equity Awareness Activities: <br />Provides training and information to a variety of professionals and community members about <br />victimization, resources/referrals, legal remedies, impact of domestic violence, reluctance of victims to <br />disclose, effect of domestic violence on children, and many other topics. Will also participate in outreach <br />and awareness efforts related to gender equity issues and domestic violence to ensure awareness of <br />services available <br />Performance Measures and Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Performance Measures and Anticipated Year End Results columns must align with the Strategic Plan Priority and Objectives. <br />Please include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County only (all Towns and <br />municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants being served by the measure. <br />Example: Priority 2, Healthy Communities <br />2.9.
