0 <br />Shall a special tax on all taxable property in Colony <br />Woods Fire District, of not exceeding fifteen cents <br />(15?) of the one hundred dollar valuation of property, <br />for the purpose of providing fire protection in said <br />district, be levied therein? <br />The question hereinebove set forth contains a statement of the purpose for said <br />election and if a majority of the qualified voters voting at said election vote in <br />favor of levying and collecting a tax in said district for fire protection purposes, <br />then the Board of County Commissioners is authorized and directed to levy and collect <br />e tax in said district in such amount as may be deemed necessary, not exceeding <br />fifteen cents (159) of the one hundred dollar valuation of property in said district <br />from year to year. <br />For said election a new registratin is ordered within said district and a new <br />registration book will be used and such book will be open for the registration of <br />voters from 9 A.M. until sunset of each day beginning Tuesday, November 23, 1965, and <br />closing Tuesday, December 7, 1965. On each Tuesday during such registration period <br />the said book will be open at the polling place. Tuesday, December 14, 1965, will be <br />Challenge Day. <br />The polling place in the district and the registrar and judges are as follows: <br />POLLING PLACE REGISTRAR JUDGES <br />405 Tinkerbell Road Mrs. G. The location of the polling place and the name of the registrar and <br />judges set forth in the foregoing form of election notice is the polling place and <br />the registrar and judges appointed by the County Board of Commissioners, and such <br />polling place and such registrar and judges shall be the polling place and registrar <br />and judges of said election. <br />Section 5.
