Install new pair of aluminum storefront doors in the existing frame. New <br />doors will be 72” x 84” narrow stile doors with 8” bottom rails. Hardware will be as follows: continuous <br />gear hinging, 1” diameter push pulls, surface mounted closers, lock with cylinder, and 4” threshold. <br />Finish on aluminum will be Clear anodized. Glass will be ¼” Clear tempered. <br /> <br />NOTE: All security hardware and wiring work will be by others. <br /> <br />TOTAL PRICE: $ 5200.00 <br /> <br />Excluding: Final cleaning and protection, permits, fees, bonds, door frame, sidelite glass, any door <br />hardware not specifically included above, shop drawings, and engineering. <br /> <br />Exclusions- Unless expressly stated herein, any additional scopes of work, permitting, testing, and\or <br />fees are excluded. Additionally, this exclusion expressly includes, but is not limited to: wood blocking, <br />demolition, glass for mill work, final cleaning or protection. <br />Warranty- Rice’s Glass Company, Inc. shall pass through any and all manufacturer’s warranties. Rice’s <br />Glass Company, Inc. shall also provide an express warranty related to Rice’s Glass Company, Inc. labor <br />and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of Rice’s Glass Company, Inc. completion. <br />Rice’s Glass Company, Inc. warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse, alterations <br />to the work, improper or insufficient maintenance, or normal wear and tear and normal usage. Any <br />other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed. <br />Schedule- Rice’s Glass Company, Inc. shall exercise all reasonable efforts to ensure that its work is <br />performed in a timely manner. Any act of God, fire, civil disturbance or other similar unavoidable <br />circumstance beyond Rice’s Glass Company, Inc. control, which results in delay, shall entitle Rice’s Glass <br />Company, Inc. to a reasonable extension of time for completion.
