It supports residents to <br />connect with services, like rental assistance, meal delivery and healthcare; assists with financial management; <br />convenes community gatherings; promotes social connection to build relationships; encourages residents to <br />share feedback; and fosters a sense of mutual accountability within the community. <br /> <br />● The Resident Support Specialist has regular 1on1 check-ins and partners with each resident to make <br />collaborative plans, including connecting residents to existing community resources. Direct service plus <br />coordination with other service providers helps ensure resident stability and grows their social safety net. <br /> <br />Orange County Strategic Plan Priority Identified in Application.
