<br />Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Page 10 of 12 <br />Rev.07/25 <br />EXHIBIT “B” <br />Scope of Services – FY 2025-26 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: Pee Wee Homes <br />Program Name: Resident Support Program <br />Funding Award: $12,600 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Expense Description Amount <br />Personnel - Salaries, FICA and Fringe: Grant will support compensation for part-time Resident <br />Support Specialist <br />$12,600 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />● The Resident Support Program aligns with Orange County’s Priority 2, Objective 3. It supports residents to <br />connect with services, like rental assistance, meal delivery and healthcare; assists with financial management; <br />convenes community gatherings; promotes social connection to build relationships; encourages residents to <br />share feedback; and fosters a sense of mutual accountability within the community. <br /> <br />● The Resident Support Specialist has regular 1on1 check-ins and partners with each resident to make <br />collaborative plans, including connecting residents to existing community resources. Direct service plus <br />coordination with other service providers helps ensure resident stability and grows their social safety net. <br /> <br />Orange County Strategic Plan Priority Identified in Application.
