The COUNTY will be responsible for all project related postage and mailings. <br /> <br />The COUNTY will make available a file of all real property transactions for use in <br />analysis of sales for valuation activities. <br /> <br />The COUNTY will provide the COMPANY access to at least two computer terminals to <br />allow for analysis of existing records, sales files, and data entry. The COMPANY will <br />complete all appraisal work in a format acceptable for use on the COUNTY’S existing <br />CAMA software. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br /> <br />The COMPANY will assist in preparing and completion of the Uniform Schedule of Values, <br />Standards and Rules in accordance with Article 19 Section 105-317 of the Machinery Act of <br />North Carolina. Any part of these Schedule of Values will be provided to the Orange County Tax <br />Administrator for approval before submitting for consideration by the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners. **This section is deemed not necessary due to Schedule of Values already <br />being presented and adopted. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />The COMPANY’S total fees, compensation and expenses to provide the appraisal <br />assistance described in this document is: <br /> <br />Not To Exceed $68,000 <br /> <br />($68,000) <br /> <br />*This Contract is contingent upon not exceeding $68,000 with work <br />Performed between August 21st and November 21st 2025 <br /> <br />These total fees, compensation and expenses are allocated as follows: <br /> <br />Not to Exceed amount is based on $650 per day for onsite and $500 per day for offsite. The <br />total amount includes an estimated 82 man days onsite and 30 man days offsite.
