EXHIBIT “B” <br />Scope of Services – FY 2025-26 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: Historic Hillsborough Commission <br />Program Name: Burwell School Historic Site - Visitor Safety and Services Program <br />Funding Award: $10,800 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Expense Description Amount <br />Visitor Safety and Services $10,800 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />Maintain the Burwell School Historic Site for the benefit of visiting Orange County residents and others. <br /> <br />Provide free, well-researched tours of the Burwell School Historic Site, with special attention paid to <br />women's education and the experiences of all residents, including people of color. <br /> <br />Promote Orange County, Hillsborough, and Burwell through increased coordination with partner <br />organizations. <br /> <br />Orange County Strategic Plan Priority Identified in Application. If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants being served by the measure. <br />Example: Priority 2, Healthy Communities <br />2.9. Provide 128 families annually with case-management through the Family Success Alliance program to connect them to <br />medical/mental health care, housing, or food with support, information, and referral services. <br />Performance Measures Anticipated <br />Year End <br />Results <br />Site interiors and grounds maintained for safe access, comfort, and security for all <br />visitors <br />Serve 2,500 <br />annual visitors <br />Provide customized tours for groups and free customized tours for schools.
