EXHIBIT “B” <br />Scope of Services – FY 2025-26 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: Historical Foundation of Hillsborough and Orange County <br />Program Name: Orange County Historical Museum: Education Through Exhibits <br />Funding Award: $29,250 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Expense Description Amount <br />Personnel Costs for staff completing scope of work $24,250 <br />Exhibit Costs, including physical supplies, printing and promotional material, and <br />advertising <br />$4,000 <br />General Supplies and Equipment for everday opperations $500 <br />Education Expenses, including field trip supplies, traveling trunk costs, Kids' Space <br />upgrades, and educational program contracting <br />$500 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />Provide free educational history and heritage opportunities to the public in the form of exhibits and programs. <br /> <br />Collaborate with town and countywide organizations to coordinate history focused programming, promoting <br />life-long learning and diversity. <br /> <br />Facilitate field trips and classrom visits for K-12 students in public, privtae, and home schools, and provide <br />traveling trunks and lesson plans for teachers. <br /> <br />Orange County Strategic Plan Priority Identified in Application. Please type or cut and paste in the space <br />below the strategic plan objective(s) you selected in your application. <br /> <br />Foster collaborative relationships with formal and informal educational organizations and agencies to <br />provide opportunities for community members to meet, connect, and learn together. <br /> <br />Performance Measures and Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Performance Measures and Anticipated Year End Results columns must align with the Strategic Plan Priority and Objectives. <br />Please include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County only (all Towns and <br />municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants being served by the measure. <br />Example: Priority 2, Healthy Communities <br />2.9.
