The County visited the property for physical inspection <br /> and photos. The County also performed a sales analysis of all 2024 sales of same sized units in <br /> the subject's neighborhood. After review,the County recommends reducing the effective year <br /> built of the subject property from 2007 to 1997. This would reduce the assessment from <br /> $215,700 to $202,900,bringing the subject's price per square foot in line with that of the 2024 <br /> comparable sales.
