Provide sustainable, equitable, and high-quality community safety and <br /> emergency services to meet the community's evolving needs. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board: <br /> 1) Approve on second consideration the amendments to Chapter 14, Emergency <br /> Management Ordinance, of the Orange County Code of Ordinances; and <br /> 2) Approve the Resolution of Amendment and authorize the Chair to sign the resolution, <br /> thereby giving final approval to the amendments. <br />
