Labor Day Proclamation <br /> 18 The Board approved a proclamation recognizing September 1, 2025 as Labor Day and honoring <br /> 19 Orange County's workers. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 BACKGROUND: Orange County has over 78,000 workers and enjoys a low unemployment rate. <br /> 22 Workers of all backgrounds, skills and professions contribute to the County's economy and the <br /> 23 community's well-being.
