Multi-modal Transportation 37 <br /> 43 Transportation Service Timeliness <br /> Afdlncrease by 1 percentage point each year the percentage of on-time pick-ups and drop-offs on <br /> route, demand response, and mobility on-demand transportation services. <br /> On-time rates are close to 100%for both Fixed Route and Demand Response services.The Transportation <br /> Department continues to explore additional ways to improve service. <br /> For Fixed Routes, "on-time" pick-ups and drop-offs have a range of+/- 5 minutes.
