4 <br /> OBJECTIVE 4. Reduce impacts and barriers for justice-involved children and adults <br /> through deflection, diversion, therapeutic interventions, and re-entry support, including <br /> housing. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br /> 1.) Select an option from the five alternative design options to build the Crisis Diversion <br /> Facility; <br /> 2.) Direct the Manager to finalize the design and prepare a guaranteed maximum price <br /> ("GMP") based on that design; and <br /> 3.) Submit the GMP to the Board for final approval before constructing the Crisis Diversion <br /> Facility. <br />
