190 <br /> • "Location" means the site of a potential or current Customer found in the Mutually Agreed <br /> Service Sites (Attachment B) or the Remaining Mutually Agreed Service Sites (Attachment 132). <br /> 7. Network Description <br /> The Parties hereby agree to amend Section 6 of the ND Agreement to include 46 fiber distribution hubs, <br /> 672 miles of fiber, and no less than 5,852 locations along the route (the "Mutually Agreed Services <br /> Sites"). <br /> 8. Limitations on Expenditures <br /> The Parties hereby agree to amend Section 6(b) of the Subrecipient Agreement to replace the first <br /> sentence with: "The County will not reimburse or otherwise compensate the Subrecipient for any <br /> expenditures incurred or services provided prior to the ND Agreement Effective Date nor for work <br /> performed after July 1, 2026." <br /> 9.
