During the CAPER period <br /> $166,500 of bond funding supported rental construction match. <br /> Other Resources Leveraged <br /> • Orange County was awarded North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Essential Single <br /> Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool (SFRLP) funds to rehabilitate households that are at or <br /> below 80% of AMI. The County received $190,000 in SFRLP 2023 funds. <br /> • Orange County was awarded North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Urgent Repair <br /> Program funds for emergency home repairs and modifications.
