Discuss any interim measures the Board might wish to pursue at the <br />facility (opening of existing trail?) <br />5. Appoint Cedar Grove Park Concept Plan Committee, with charge and <br />scope of work (based on pre-concept plan and phasing potential) and <br />any operating principles the Board wishes to apply.
