Existing conditions and facilities within the <br /> required buffered areas will be maintained as needed , but not unduly expanded . Future <br /> development of the school facilities is not proposed to impact the Special Flood Hazard <br /> Area ( 100 Year Floodplain ) and 500 Year Floodplain , nor the +/- 1 . 5 -acre pond . <br /> As presented , the proposed NR- CD zoning district for a School : Preparatory use is <br /> consistent with the Rural Buffer Land Use Classification (Appendix F : Relationships <br /> Between Land Use Classifications and Zoning Districts ) and description provided in the <br /> Land Use Element of Chapter 5 .
