One appointment is made by the Senior Resident Superior Court Judge, and the <br />third appointment is made by the Clerk of Superior Court. <br />Mr. Bob Hall has been serving as the BOCC's representative on the Jury Commission, His first <br />term will expire on June 30, 2004.. When contacted by staff, Mr. Hall expressed a desire to <br />continue serving for a second term, James C.Stanford, Clerk of Court, sent a letter of <br />recommendation for Mr, Hall's reappointment. <br />There is also a vacancy in the seat appointed by the Clerk of Court because of the unfortunate <br />passing of Ms. Ruth P, Woodall late last year, Mr. Stanford mentioned to staff that he would like <br />to convey to the Board of County Commissioners that he highly commends Ms, Woodall's <br />service and devotion to duty on the .fury Commission even through her illness. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider reappointing Mr. Bob Hall to the Jury Commission for a <br />second two-year term to expire June 30, 2006. <br />
