These funds support MAP <br /> initiatives including costs associated with the Handy Helpers Program such as <br /> constructing ramps and home modifications for the eligible County residents. <br /> Based on these additional revenues, and the planned receipt of the annual Carol Woods <br /> charitable gift, the estimated balance in the MAP project is $743,628. Invest in services and programs that improve the health and quality of <br /> life of the community (e.g., recreation and public open spaces, arts, etc.) <br /> Community Giving Fund <br /> 27.The County has received $83,662 in Community Giving Donations for Chantal recovery. <br /> The funds are intended to be used to flexibly provide long-term recovery assistance <br /> needs of individuals and families once all other grant and governmental funds have been <br /> utilized. These funds will be jointly administered by County and the three municipalities <br /> with the County acting as fiscal agent.
