188 <br /> The Parties hereby agree to amend Section 6 of the ND Agreement to include fiber distribution <br /> hubs, miles of fiber, and no less than 5,852 locations along the route (the "Revised Mutually <br /> Agreed Services Sites"). <br /> 6. Limitations on Expenditures <br /> The Parties hereby agree to amend Section 6(b) of the Subrecipient Agreement to replace the first <br /> sentence with: "The County will not reimburse or otherwise compensate the Subrecipient for any <br /> expenditures incurred or services provided prior to the Effective Date nor for work performed after July <br /> 1, 2026." <br /> 7.
