A photo of the sign <br /> posted is recommended to be attached to this form. <br /> The meeting was held at the following time and place: Carolina Friends School, Lower School <br /> Library <br /> The persons in attendance at the meeting: See attached Attendance sheet <br /> The following issues were discussed at the meeting: <br /> 1. Existing and proposed lighting on campus — do general site lights need to stay on all night? <br /> One neighbor asked about one pole mounted light near the Upper School that is particularly <br /> bright and asked if it could be adjusted. <br /> 2. Timeframe for building new Upper School — CFS will launch a capital campaign in the fall of <br /> 2025. The earliest construction would start summer/fall of 2026. <br /> As a result of the meeting, the following changes were made to the project proposal (Attach <br /> additional sheet(s) if needed): <br /> 1. CFS is working on repositioning the pole light in question. <br /> 2.
