BACKGROUND: The terms of three members of the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee will expire June 30, 2004; of these, two, Ms, Laura DeLoye, Vice-Chair, and Ms. Carla M, Julian, have requested reappointment. Terms on this committee are for a duration of two years each, Also, Ms, Charron F. Andrews, whose term expired March 31, 2004, and who initially said she did not wish to be reappointed, has changed her mind and would be willing to serve another term on the Committee. Ms, Julian's term would be a first two-year term to expire June 30, 2006, and Ms, Andrews term would be a third two-year term to expire March 31, 2006.
