The Board will consider closing the Public Hearing, hear recommendations and then make a decision regarding the Resolution of Approval for the Special Use Permit application for Orange County Middle School #~3. c. Public Hearing and Final Steps for Planned Debt Issuance The Board «~•ill receive public comment on the bond orders for the proposed issuance of $4.2 million in two- thirds net debt reduction bonds and $15 million in installment financing and to consider taking further actions that would allow staff to proceed «~ith the issuance of the proposed debt. 9. Contract to Purchase the Adams TractlGrant of Conservation Easement From Town of Carrboro to Orange Cowity (8:30-8:55) The Board will consider the joint purchase of the Adams property (approximately 27 acres) with the Town of Carrboro and to consider the acceptance of a conservation easement from the Town of Carrboro and authorize the Chair to sign the contract on behalf of the County, subject to final review by staff and County Attorney; and authorize the Chair to sign the conservation easement and instruct the County Attorney and staffs from ERCD and Finance to schedule and complete a closing on the property on or before September 30, 2004. c.
