OCTS is seeking
to establish its first transportation fee (e.g. MIA). This initiative stems primarily from the
department's role in the Development Review Committee (DAC), where it provides the Planning
Department with comprehensive assessment on the proposed development on the County's
multimodal transportation network, and it applies to all development applications.
