REGULAR AGENDA <br /> 29 <br /> 30 a. OUTboard Orientation Material Update <br /> 31 Nish presented,focusing on slides 3 and 4,to provide an overview of the OUTBoard orientation materials <br /> 32 and the updates currently underway. Members were asked to review the original orientation content and <br /> 33 share constructive feedback, including comments on the proposed new outline and suggestions for <br /> 34 additional or improved content. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The revised materials will incorporate updates to relevant federal and state regulations, along with <br /> 37 County-specific plans, policies, and other essential information. These updates will also outline key <br /> 38 roles and responsibilities for both the department and OUTBoard members,ensuringthatthe orientation <br /> 39 remains comprehensive and up to date. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 The finalized OUTBoard orientation package will be presented at the July meeting for formal review and <br /> 42 approval by the Board. Once approved,future orientations will be conducted by the Director, supported <br /> 43 by staff as needed,to ensure consistent delivery and accurate information for all new members. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 <br /> 46 <br />
