ORANGE COUNTY GOVERNMENT <br /> ORL ORANGE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES DEPARTMENT ri <br /> NoKrK CAROLLNA OrangeCouPULICTRAnty <br /> RESIDENTIAL/NON-RESIDENTIAL <br /> Performance Performance <br /> Measure - Non- Measure Highway Climate Action Plan Strategic Plan <br /> Highway <br /> Bike/Ped Mobility EV Multimodal <br /> Accomodations <br /> Transit Access Modernization Mitigation Public <br /> Performance <br /> • There is no significant impact anticipated on the transportation network across any mode: <br /> • Bicycle/Pedestrian:The project may encourage increased walking and biking activity along the private <br /> road. <br /> • Transit:There may be an increased demand for Demand Response and Mobility on Demand (MOD) <br /> services. <br /> • Highway Mobility: A slight increase in vehicle traffic to and from the proposed office is expected. <br /> • Highway Modernization: The private road will need to be upgraded to meet current state standards. <br /> Climate Action <br /> • Future trips to and from the proposed office may or may not involve electric vehicles. <br /> • No mitigation measures are recommended at this time. <br /> Strategic Plan Alignment <br /> • The proposed application does not conflict with the County's Strategic Plan or its performance measures. <br /> • It may result in a greater need for public transit access along Uwharie Ridge Road. <br /> Project Prioritization <br /> • The proposed application does not adversely affect the County's prioritization process and does not <br /> contribute to identifying potential future projects for prioritization. <br />
