Fiscal Year 2024-2025 November 2024 Sales Report • Assisted Madison McGee of ASECHO with hotel recommendations and overview of VB services and sending leads on their behalf. • Contacted planner Emily Faust to present 2 hotels and see if I could forward the RFP to them. She said yes. • Decorated Welcome Center for the holidays. Changed out plants outside. Hung new planter holders on deck. • Contacted Cvent support for hotels not getting forwarded leads. • Contacted planner Michele Wegener to inform her that Chapel Hill is too far away and turned down the RFP • Call with Ran Train to discuss possible conference. Did e-intro with Martina at ATMA also referred them to Raleigh and Durham. • Prepared for Connect DC conference. I reviewed 100 planner profiles and selected and ranked 32 1 wanted appointments with. Once appointments schedule was released, I sent introduction email to all planners. Shipped Chapel Hill toffee to hotel in DC to hand out at appointments. Connected with each planner via Linkedln. Attended 2 1/2 day conference. • Sent RFP for Sheraton to review to see if they want to bid, if so I will contact planner to have them added. • Posted comments for credit card transactions in Works Definites: • None this month.
