Chapel Hill <br /> did not have a venue large enough to host event. <br /> • Connected planner Jasmin with Martina Brooks at the Sheraton to see if her ongoing <br /> events could be held there. <br /> • Created a document the highlights the best and worst times to book an event in Chapel <br /> Hill to be given to meeting planners. <br /> • Created Paperless Post invitation for the May 16 Open House. Reviewed and edited and <br /> revised the guest list. Sent out invitation <br /> • Contacted possible artists to be at the Open House event as entertainment <br /> • Researched catering options for Open House.
