The appellant, in part, stated"There are <br /> multiple'misc. improvements' listed on our property that have also been removed due to safety <br /> reasons. These were very old structures (barns, carports), several of which were either caved <br /> in, or leaning so badly that they were unsafe for use. We dismantled these by hand, reclaimed <br /> as much usable materials as possible, and properly disposed of what remained." <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • On August 1, 2025, a site visit was performed by this appraiser. The taxpayers were in <br /> attendance. <br /> The appraiser's observances and conclusions: <br /> 1. The manufactured home is no longer in existence. Removal from the records is a$53,100 <br /> reduction. <br /> 2. All nine current SFYI's as listed should be removed for a value reduction of$12,600. <br /> Correct SFYI's in the attached photos(7) should be added for a value of$3,200. This results in <br /> a net reduction of$9,400 for SFYI's. <br /> 3. The area affected by wetlands on the property is 3.60 acres of the 21.93 acres, or 16% (see <br /> GIS map attached).
