The County recently visited the property for physical inspection <br /> and photos. The County analyzed 2024 sales of comparable properties in the subject's <br /> neighborhood. The County also analyzed properties comparable to the subject that did not <br /> recently sale. The sales analysis and the equity analysis both show that the subject property's <br /> value is in line with comparable properties in this neighborhood.
