Scope of Work <br />Replacement of failed supply fan VFD on AHU-2 at Orange County Library includes: <br />1.Demo existing Supply Fan VFD located in rooftop AHU-2 enclosure <br />2.Provide and install (1) new Yaskawa 20HP. 480V, 27Amp UL Type 3R Outdoor rated VFD to replace the <br />failed SquareD VFD. <br />3.Technical labor for VFD start-up and programming <br />4.Test and verify functionality <br />5.One year warranty on parts and labor <br />Note- as of this proposal date the material has a 4-6 week lead time. <br />Exclusions & Clarifications <br />1.Any material not specified above is excluded. <br />2.Lifting unit to the roof. Siemens will deliver unit to Orange County for winching <br />3.Applicable sales taxes as required by law.
