Items we will be providing from <br />our walk through are listed. We will come in on a Thursday with our contents team and <br />remove all desk, wall boards, wall photos, room name signs, shelving, storage cabinets <br />and store them in the conference room across the hall from the office! The next step <br />will consist of the painting contractor and flooring contractor coming in late Friday or <br />Saturday morning and start removing the rubber base board, carpet, patching walls and <br />floors, painting door frames, painting walls, installing carpet squares (selected by <br />owner) and removing all debris to a dumpster provided by the contractor! All new <br />painting, flooring, rubber base and new room signs should be completed by the next <br />Wednesday so the contents team will return the next day and reinstall the desk, <br />cabinets, chairs and wall photos to their correct offices! This entire process should take <br />(9days) from the Thursday we started until the next Friday and leave the weekend for <br />Orange County to reset their computers and get all offices back on line. <br />Orange County will be responsible for disconnecting all (I.T./Data equipment, computers <br />and cameras) as well as protecting all classified files! <br /> Cost:$ 106,836.00 <br /> <br />Items not in the pricing above: fire alarm system on test, wiring of any kind, HVAC of any <br />kind, Plumbing of any kind, sprinkler work, exit or emergency signage, removal or <br />reinstallation of personal items from each offices and storage facility for all office items <br />removed during work. <br />Let me know if you have any questions. <br /> <br />Many Thanks, <br />Angie Bartis <br />abartis@sasser247.com <br />336-516-0270 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: B2135917-C495-4CAF-B584-197D8FD77E32
