After separation, G.S. 115C Art.21A <br /> t documents filed with the U.S. Department of Labor, destroy records in office 3 years from date of hire or 1 year G.S. 122C-158 <br /> petitions filed by the agency,E-Verify documentation, from separation,whichever occurs later. G.S. 130A-45.9 <br /> and Selective Service Registration compliance forms. G.S. 153A-98 <br /> b) Destroy in office after 5 years employment authorization G.S. 16OA-168 <br /> documents filed with the U.S. Department of Labor.
