19 <br /> 1 Blake Rosser indicated that co-responses occur with Chapel Hill's Crisis Team. <br /> 2 Commissioner Carter asked about the survival supplies. <br /> 3 Danielle DeCaprio said tents, snack bags, warm clothes, hygiene bags, or anything they <br /> 4 might need.
