The <br /> 6 School Projects include Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, Orange County Schools, and <br /> 7 Durham Technical Community College — Orange County Campus projects. The United States Department of <br /> 48 Housing & Urban Development (HUD) requires that Continuum of Care Programs (CoCs) <br /> 49 conduct an annual count of people experiencing homelessness who are sheltered in emergency <br /> 50 shelter, transitional housing, and Safe Havens on a single night.
