9 <br /> Price-Related Differential (PRD) Results of Residential Properties <br /> There are five charts that show the PRD calculated for Sales of Residential Properties. <br /> The IAAO upper and lower standards are shown on the graphs. The PRD for both Actual <br /> Sale Price and Time Adjusted Sale Price (TASP) are graphed. However, reviews are based <br /> on the PRD of the Actual Sale Price and is indicated by the darker, more noticeable blue. <br /> Outliers have been removed from the sales, and the criteria to remove them are sales <br /> that are more than 25% lower or higher than the corresponding property value. <br />
