Scope of Work <br />Siemens is providing this proposal to provide replacement controls for the HP-1 that were damaged by the <br />flooding in the DA Building. The new controls will be provided and installed on the new heat pump (heat <br />pump supplied and installed by others) and programming will be based on the current sequence of <br />operations. <br />Siemens proposes the following: <br />New Controls for HP-1 <br />•Siemens to provide the following control components <br />◦(1) Siemens HP TEC to match existing <br />◦(1) Ice Cube Relay <br />◦(1) Current Sensor <br />◦(2) Duct Temperature Sensors <br />•Siemens labor for a BAS Specialist and an Electrician for all component installation and wiring (non- <br />damaged wire and conduit will be re-used), including wiring to components that were found to be <br />affective not damaged by the water, including existing damper actuators. <br />•Programming of the new TEC to match existing HP operation typical to HPs in the Building <br />•Test and verify functionality <br />•Project management for material procurement and coordination <br />•One year warranty on parts and labor <br />Exclusions & Clarifications <br />•Any material not specified above is excluded. <br />•Applicable sales taxes as required by law.
