ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> <br />Orange County Trails Plan <br />AddiƟonal services <br />August 8, 2025 <br /> <br />Task 6: AddiƟonal Outreach AcƟviƟes, coordinaƟon, and meeƟngs <br /> <br />CoordinaƟon <br />Gensler will meet with the Director of the Department of TransportaƟon and Stantec, the consultant <br />working on the Bike/Pedestrian Plan. This meeƟng will be held in August with the goal of aligning the <br />overall approach of both plans. Gensler anƟcipates this will be a two-hour meeƟng. <br /> <br />AddiƟonal Outreach AcƟviƟes <br />Gensler will work with representaƟves of DEAPR to host two interacƟve open-house style workshops in <br />September to share the draŌ plan for feedback and to gauge community support for the plan. Gensler <br />anƟcipates the workshops will be the same content, providing two opportuniƟes for members of the <br />community to parƟcipate. Gensler will provide graphic content to aid in the adverƟsing of the <br />workshops. <br /> <br />AddiƟonal Project Management <br />Gensler will extend the duraƟon of the project and provide addiƟonal meeƟngs and support through <br />November and December 2025. This will include meeƟngs with representaƟves of DEAPR to prepare for <br />Board of County Commissioners meeƟngs.
