Freedom House will utilize a Peer Support Specialist post <br />incarceration to assist individuals with connecting to the recommended treatment. The Peer will work with the <br />individual as long as needed to connect them with treatment, community resources, court appearances and to <br />support the individual in recovery to curb recidivism.
