69 <br /> REQUIREMENT UDO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE BOA FOF <br /> FINDINGS <br /> In accordance with Section 2.10.4 of the UDO, the Board of Adjustment shall also consider the following before <br /> the application for a VARIANCE can be approved. <br /> Unnecessary hardship would result <br /> from the strict application of the <br /> Ordinance.
