Pat or <br /> 6 staff, anything else the board needs to consider this evening? <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Patrick Mallett: Just an adjournment. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Leon Meyers: Good. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Beth Bronson: I'm going to go ahead and take this moment to make a motion to the board to maybe ask staff to <br /> 13 schedule an administrative meeting where we can review neighborhood information notices to the <br /> 14 effect of providing clarity in what it means to be notified of a public hearing at a board of <br /> 15 adjustment. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Nathan Robinson: Do, do we have the authority to make the decision? <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Beth Bronson: I'm making a motion to ask the staff. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Nathan Robinson: To find out what— I guess I'm wondering- <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Beth Bronson: Propose an amended notice. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Nathan Robinson: And then that would go to whoever gives us the approval to make that change? <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Beth Bronson: It goes to the Board of Commissioners ultimately. But we have rights to request. Is that correct? <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Leon Meyers: I said, I thought this came up earlier, and I think what we're talking about that is what specifically <br /> 30 goes out for the notice. Is that right? <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Beth Bronson: Sure. Procedures. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Leon Meyers: I think. Yeah. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Cy Stober: Sure. If it's administrative, which the language in the notices is, then that was a conversation at an <br /> 37 administrative meeting, as Ms. Bronson indicated, between the staff and the board. If it's a change <br /> 38 to the ordinance, that would be a recommendation that this board could petition the commissioners <br /> 39 for a consideration if there's a change to the ordinance. So happy to have that conversation as an <br /> 40 administrative matter. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Leon Meyers: Good. What does the July meeting date look like? Does it look like the board is going to convene <br /> 43 for a hearing on that date? <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Cy Stober: No. But because of that, we had a conflict on July 2nd for the planning board, and so we have <br /> 46 scheduled the planning board for July 9th. We could still have a July meeting later in the month <br /> 47 or on another date, but we took your date. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Leon Meyers: It sounds like what we need to do is discuss this before another notice goes out maybe. <br /> 50 <br /> 43 <br />
