I'm sorry. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Beth Bronson: I would be more inclined to provide the original speaker standing over the current speaker standing <br /> 10 for the simple fact that he's been able to provide better evidence that he has standing in this <br /> 11 because he's representing the neighborhood. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Nathan Robinson: Yeah, I agree with what you said. But then is there evidentiary evidence that could be presented to <br /> 14 us? And the lack of that one would position without evidence still doesn't create standing from <br /> 15 what I can see. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Beth Bronson: The evidence is that the entire neighborhood is here, and they had one person come to speak and <br /> 18 represent them. That would be evidence to me that this person was here to represent the <br /> 19 neighborhood and their concerns. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Nathan Robinson: Agree. I'm agreeing with you but to me I'm speaking of not the representation but quantifiable <br /> 22 damages. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Beth Bronson: Oh, yeah. It's not necessarily about the quantifiable damages, it's just the fact that it's formal or <br /> 25 informal representative of the association like neighborhood association. I had asked for a motion to approve or deny <br /> 34 Mr. Hugelmeyer's status as a witness with standing and I didn't hear a motion either way. I guess we have a neighborhood that is trying to <br /> 38 represent themselves as a whole to speak on this project and it's not with standing. And I'm not, <br /> 39 downgrading your expertise. I guess my question would be is there somebody else within this <br /> 40 neighborhood group that might feel like they're even stronger before we vote on yours? Not to say <br /> 41 that you wouldn't be qualified. I guess we're trying to make the right decision and make sure that <br /> 42 everybody has the opportunity.
